Payment gateway for indiaplants.com site has been provided by E-Billing Solutions (www.ebs.in). They are one of India’s premier payment gateway providers. Payments by all major credit cards and net banking facilities have been covered.
Membership subscriptions from all over the world including India are accepted. Plant and accessory orders are accepted and shipped in India only. Within India specific pin codes where deliveries are possible have been provided. We accept memberships from any location. We cannot send plants and garden accessories to areas that have not been mentioned. In case you are in a non-serviceable area – we request you to provide an alternate address in a serviceable area.
All prices and payments are in Indian Rupees (INR).
For plants, seeds and garden accessories we offer free replacement if items reach you in damaged condition. In case items run out of stock we will send similar items of same price.
In case you have any problem with growing of plants do let us know by email. We offer basic online support related to plant growing issues.
For the indiaplants.com offline version we offer replacement in case of non-working devices. We also offer replacement for non-physical damage for a period of 3 months. To avail of any of these replacements you have to send us the original device.
In case you are not satisfied with your website membership within the first 2 weeks then we offer a refund of subscription amount after deduction of 25% processing charges.
Indiaplants.com will not be able to refund in case of a wrong address and an incorrect phone number has been provided due to which delivery is not possible. In such a case double the shipping charges will be due before order will be shipped again.
It is our constant endeavor to satisfy visitors and customers to the maximum level possible. Growing of plants is our passion and we would like it to be yours too.
As we block and begin processing and mobilization of plants as soon as orders are received a full refund will not be possible. Orders may be cancelled 24 hours before shipping. In such a case a deduction of 25% will be made towards processing and mobilization charges. Balance amount will be refunded within 4 weeks of receipt of payment in our bank account.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, currently we are shipping to ONLY those
locations within India that are serviced by the courier company. This ensures that our
plants reach you in fresh condition.
It is thus important that you select your address carefully on our Shipping address page. If your exact location is not listed on the page, you may select a serviceable location closest to you. You will need to make your own arrangements to pick up the parcel from the serviced location.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the product and the shipping location. The rates
are made available during checkout after you enter the shipping address.
Also, depending on the mix of items selected for purchase, our software will make an attempt to estimate the cheapest/optimum mode of transport.
Package tracking information will be provided whenever it is made available by the courier company. If available, the information will appear in the order despatch email sent to you.
We will deliver the Goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the Goods left if you are out when the courier company delivers. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the Goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
The delivery time depends on the delivery location and the items being shipped. The exact
delivery estimates are made available when you place the order. We will aim to deliver
within the quoted time frame but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed
due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we or the courier company may contact you
to advise you that the delivery date will have to be extended.
Depending on the items selected, the order may be despatched in multiple shipments and hence delivered at slightly different times.
